The Ready, Set, Glow project aims to educate clubs and leagues about creating an inclusive environment and managing behaviours through education and face-to-face CPD opportunities.

The project mainly caters to selected groups with disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). In order to engage participants, the programme uses football sessions, educational CPD, and toy packs to provide a holistic and positive experience.

Why did we launch this project?

Currently, there isn't any distinct offering for these groups. The main objective is to fill this gap within the disability pathway, by providing education to mainstream clubs regarding managing behaviours of disabled and non-disabled participants.

The offer educates clubs and leagues with face-to-face delivery sessions and provides a resource pack, which supports attendees to implement their learnings in their respective teams.
