Youth Voice Workshop Roadshow

Join us to learn about how you can provide young people a voice that matters in sport

Join us for a workshop that will focus on supporting grassroots clubs, leagues, and schools to create meaningful opportunities for young people.

In this session, we will explore what strategies and initiatives you can take that will help you build a network of young leaders within your environment, enhancing the skills of our young people whilst also empowering them to become leaders both on and off the field.

The workshop will discuss key points and explore:

- What is a Youth-Adult Partnership?
- How to support a positive Youth-Adult Partnership, from the viewpoint of the adult and the young person
- Best practice and insights in existing youth leadership spaces
- How to create a Club Volunteer Plan
- The support available through the County FA

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is open to all club and league officials, coaches, parents, and volunteers who are interested in creating a supportive environment where our young people can thrive both on and off the pitch. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or a club official new in your role, this workshop offers valuable insights and actionable strategies to help you build a youth leadership network in your environment.

Workshop Two- Date: Wednesday 8th May 2024 Time: 19:00 –20:30 Location: South Park FC (RH2 8LG)
Workshop Three- Date: Tuesday 14th May 2024 Time: 19:00 –20:30 Location: Carshalton Athletic FC (SM5 2PW)
