Referee Development Officer

Salary Scale: £27,000 - £30,000

The post holder will be required to support and develop referees of all levels throughout Surrey and support the association to deliver against the vision and objectives set within our corporate strategy 2018-2021. The role will report to the Education and Workforce Manager.

 

The Referee Development Officer will be responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining referees across the Surrey football landscape. The post holder will oversee the delivery of a programme of Referee Education and Continued Professional Development as well as supporting the Referee workforce; tutors, mentors and coaches and operate as a member of the Football Development department to implement the company business strategy and operational plan to meet agreed KPIs.

 

The successful individual must have a proven track record of developing programmes and initiatives, inspiring a wide range of stakeholders, implementing new business processes and possess a ‘can do’, customer centric approach towards work.
