Surrey FA requires an enthusiastic individual to join our Football Development Team to help develop and maintain facilities across the county.
The Facilities and Investment Officer will report to the Head of Football Development and will work to ensure that new and existing facilities are available across the county for the grassroots game.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that every affiliated football fixture is played on a ‘good’ quality pitch whilst identifying priority projects for Football Foundation investment via Local Football Facility Plans.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record working within a team, as well as the ability to work strategically with partner organisations across different sectors to plan and deliver football programmes.

Salary scale: £23,000 - £27,000 (based on experience)
Contract type: FTC until September 2025
The position is full-time and is based at Surrey FA’s Headquarters at Meadowbank Football Ground in Dorking, Surrey.
