Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager Vacancy
Join our team at Surrey FA as our new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager and support the strategic direction and development of our EDI strategy.
The position will be responsible for coordinating all EDI initiatives across the protected characteristics and communities of Surrey, whilst strategically leading disability football provisions across the county.
The post holder will also explore and develop new partnerships and funding opportunities to deliver new and innovative projects. They will also support and influence the growth and retention of underrepresented groups including Disability, Women & Girls’ and Diverse Communities.
The successful candidate should possess excellent project management skills and the ability to work strategically with partner organisations across different sectors to embed our values and promote a culture that celebrates and embraces differences.

The position is full-time and is based at Surrey FA’s Headquarters at Meadowbank Football Ground in Dorking, Surrey.
