In October we are teaming up with Fulham FC Foundation for a CPD event focused on mental health. 

The interactive session, which will take place at Fulham’s Training Ground, will be delivered by experienced and highly qualified staff at Fulham FC Foundation and will combine both mental health and sport into an educational workshop. 

Ahead of the Game helps coaches and parents develop the skills and knowledge they need to understand, recognise and support mental health and wellbeing in their athletes. The session will help you recognise the warning signs of mental health issues among players, and you'll learn how to start a conversation about mental health. By the end, you'll also have a deeper understanding of the support channels available to you.
