Under 18 Play Safe Survey
As part of our support for Play Safe, we are looking for U18s who are involved in grassroots football to provide feedback on their experiences, to help shape the decisions we make.
Play Safe is a national campaign that focuses attention on the vital importance of safeguarding within football, and on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October, the whole of the football community will unite again to support the campaign.
Whether you are a player or referee, we would like to hear about your experiences, both positive and negative, to help our team to develop football in Surrey.
By simply filling in our 2-minute Survey, you will be entered into a draw for the chance to win a pair of free tickets to Thorpe Park Resort.
Survey deadline: 5pm on Sunday 8th October.
