Surrey FA are now welcoming applications for the Support the Services Programme, aimed to identify and support a new workforce that will improve the diversity and representation across grassroots football in Surrey.

If you are currently serving, or have previously served in the Military or Emergency Services, and are interested in getting into coaching or refereeing, apply today. The programme is open to operational and non-operational staff, and learners would be expected to support an affiliated grassroots football in Surrey as part of their involvement.

We are keen to understand what your most important priorities are regarding your personal development in football. You will be provided with an individualised development action plan to work towards, with access to support from a designated FA Mentor. Your development action plan will be tailored towards your specific needs and will take place in and around the environment in which you coach and/or referee.
