Surrey FA is excited to introduce our new 'Ready, Set, Glow' programme. An initiative aimed at clubs that want to champion inclusion while educating coaches on how to ensure an inclusive approach to training sessions. 

The programme will provide you with the relevant education around:

• Managing behaviour within sessions
• Incorporating sensory toys within your sessions (for those that may require it)
• Information around diagnosis and additional needs
• Adopting an inclusive mindset within your club

All this comes with a twist... the CPD programme offers an interactive festival event which will give coaches the chance to learn the value of sensory tools and inclusive practices in an exclusive glow-in-the-dark environment.

 Clubs wishing to sign up to the programme will receive the following: 

• Free entry to the Ready, Set, Glow CPD offer
• Free entry to the Ready, Set, Glow Football festival for participants with additional needs
• A free sensory pack for your club (including communication tools and resources)

In return, we are asking clubs to: 

• Attend at least two 'Ready, Set, Glow' CPD events
• Provide a case study at the end of the programme to Surrey FA
