Female Disability Football

Inclusive Female Football Festivals

Tamsyn Woodman
Surrey FA will be running a series of Inclusive Female Football Festivals in partnership with Middlesex FA and London FA.

Surrey FA are excited to announce we are running a series of Inclusive Female Football Festivals for women aged 16+ with a disability or mental health issue this season in partnership with Middlesex FA and London FA.

All abilities are welcome whether you’ve never kicked a football before, haven’t played since school, or have been playing for years! The festival is free to enter, and women are welcome to sign up as a group or as an individual.

Football Development Officer (Disability & Inclusion) at Surrey FA, Tamsyn Woodman, stated that, “Both the female and disability games are growing so fast, and we want to make sure that football is accessible to women of all abilities or disabilities, so it’s really exciting to be launching these festivals to provide women with the opportunity to get involved in the game in a fun, friendly and fully inclusive environment”.
