Head of Governance and Discipline Vacancy
Head of Governance and Discipline - Salary Scale: £35,000 - £40,000
The post holder will be required to manage all aspects of Governance and Discipline at Surrey FA and support the association to deliver against the vision and objectives set within our corporate strategy 2018-2021. The role will report the Chief Executive Officer and will line manage the Football Services Department.
The Head of Governance and Discipline will be responsible for managing the regulatory and competitions sections of Surrey FA; Operate as a member of the Senior Management Team to implement the company business strategy and operational plan to meet agreed KPIs; and lead the Football Services department: Affiliation (including player registration), discipline, sanctioning, cups & competitions, appeals and protests. In addition, the post holder will act as the lead for Respect and Grassroots Technology.
The successful individual must have a proven track record of leading and developing people, inspiring a wide range of stakeholders, implementing new business processes and possess a ‘can do’, customer centric approach towards work.
