Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer
We are seeking to recruit an inspiring and motivated individual in this newly created role as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer.
The EDI Officer will work within the Football Development department and the successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver our EDI strategy, work alongside our Inclusion Advisory Group, and lead Surrey FA’s disability football programme.
The successful individual must have a proven track record of delivering successful equality, diversity, and inclusion programmes and initiatives, developing partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, an understanding of grant funding to support new projects and implementing new business processes and possess a ‘can do’, customer centric approach towards work.
The EDI Officer will report to the Football Development Manager.
Salary Scale: £27,000 - £30,000
