The step between youth and adult football can sometimes be a massive leap for a lot of players.

This is why the Leatherhead & District Sunday League, in conjunction with Surrey FA, will be running an U21 Development League in the 2018/19 season.

The league will offer the chance to clubs to help their players bridge a difficult gap, playing against teams with a similar focus on development – much like the successful Premier League 2.
