Small Sided Football

Small Sided Football (SSF) is the most popular and fastest growing area of adult football. With over 1.5 million adults playing in 30,000 SSF teams every week, this format of football has increasingly become an integral part of the football family.

The Surrey County FA recognises the important role that SSF plays in encouraging people in our County to continue playing football and enjoying all aspects of the beautiful game in a more flexible and less time consuming way.

Surrey currently has 18 Affiliated Leagues being delivered across the County so there are many opportunities for players to participate on a weekly basis. To see where the nearest FA Affiliated League is to you view the document at the bottom of this page. We can also offer help with funding and accreditation.

Why Play Affiliated SSF?

Benefits of playing in an affiliated league include the use of qualified referees that use an official discipline process that meets the requirements of the Surrey County Football Association and The FA. For more information from the FA on Affiliated Football please click here
