Surrey FA and Sporting Connect are pleased announce the latest in their series of interactive coaching webinars, featuring Southend United FC Assistant Manager, Tom Prodomo.

The online session, hosted by Sporting Connect, will provide a unique insight into Tom Prodomo’s coaching journey. His unique story provides inspiration for all aspiring grassroots coaches. His career has seen him progress within management through the football leagues having previously applied his technical and tactical knowledge to youth football as a college lecturer and Elite Development Head Coach.

Tom has held various roles on his pathway into the professional game including;

• Southend United FC Assistant Manager, moving to the Club from Weymouth FC alongside Manager Mark Molesley where the pair guided the Terras to consecutive promotions.
• Elite Development Head Coach at West Bromwich Albion for two age groups.
• Men's National Team Assistant Head Coach at the English Colleges FA.
• Lecturing career at Brockenhurst College where he had spent the previous six years as Head of Football Academy and more recently Director of Sports Academy since 2018.
