Disney Joins The FA's Girls' Football Week Push

Disney character's join the cause to bring Girls' Football Week to life.

For almost 100 years Disney’s well-loved female characters have inspired young women to be imaginative, courageous - and have fun.

This year’s Girls’ Football Week [23-29 April] takes inspiration from three determined and mould-breaking Disney characters: Rapunzel from Tangled, Moana from Moana, and Judy Hopps from Zootropolis, with Disney-inspired drills that introduce the fundamentals of football, help build key social skills and offer fun team-building exercises for girls aged 5-11 years.

Whether they’re a beginner or a budding pro, Girls’ Football Week will be a great opportunity to make friends and have fun through football activity.

Furthermore, everyone who signs up will get access to three Disney-inspired activity plans so you can practise your skills at home. You’ll also get a certificate for attending and a 20 per cent discount voucher to use in Disney stores.
