Adult leagues are being held at Tolworth Recreation Centre and St George's Weybridge, while youth leagues (Under-14s & Under-16s) will be run at the same venues along with Harris Academy Purley, Glyn School and Egham Leisure Centre.

The cost for each league is £40 per team per week. A full list of fixture dates can be found below - to register a team, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and return to john.omalley@surreyfa.com.

The adult league will also feature a Champions League to determine an overall County winner, who will be invited to apply for the National Futsal League. Meanwhile the youth league will see a tournament for outstanding teams, giving the winner the chance to represent Surrey in the Regional Finals.
