1. What is the circumference of a full size football at the start of play?. Not less than 68cm (27ins) & not more than 70cm (28ins)
2. Are shin guards compulsory?. Yes, shinguards must be worn.
3. What is the maximum width of a full size pitch?. 90m (100 Yards).
4. Name 6 things that a referee should take on to the pitch with him/her?. Watch, whistle, pencil, notepad, coin, red and yellow cards.
5. How many Laws of the Game are there. 17.
6. What is the distance between the posts of a full size goal?. 7.32m (8 Yards).
7. When the teams toss up at the start of a game, which team kicks off?. The team that loses the toss.
8. Can a goal be scored direct fom a goal-kick?. Yes.
9. What is the minimum height for flag posts?. 1.5m (5 Feet) out of the ground.
10. Can a player be offside if he receives the ball from a goal-kick?. No a player cannot be offside if he receives the ball direct from a goal-kick, throw in, corner kick.
