Summer 2012 Referee Course dates:
Dates and venues of courses will be published when known.
Please note that it is a requirement that the Safeguarding element of the course must be completed before a candidate can sit the exams.
Candidates aged 18 and over must hold an FA CRB or have applied for and FA CRB before they can sit the exams. If you wish to book on a course please complete the Course Booking Form and return it along with a cheque or Credit/Debit card details to Tim Lawrence, Referee Development Officer, at Surrey County FA.

The Eleven aside Referees Course comprises of Five Modules and all modules of the course must be completed and includes:
- Module 1
Introduction to the course
Multi choice test on Laws of Game
- Module 2
Tuition on the Laws of the Game
Tuition on the application of the laws
Safeguarding Children in Football Training. FA CRB for those aged 18 and over
- Module 3
Pass Two exams
- Module 4
Refereeing six 11v11 games and provide evidence. Mentoring support is available.
- Module 5
Training session based on experiences of Module 4
Presentation of Badge & Certificate
The cost of the course is (based upon age on the date of the exam):
- Candidates aged 14 - 15 - the cost is £70.00 which includes Course Fee, County FA Registration and Safeguarding Child Protection Resources.
- Candidates aged 15 - 16 - the cost is £80.00 which includes Course Fee, County FA Registration and Safeguarding Children Workshop.
- For an Adult candidate - the cost is £95.00 which includes Course Fee, County FA Registration and Safeguarding Children Workshop and FA CRB.
