The PE School Club Links Programme is a Government Programme funded by the Department of Education and Skills with the aim of creating sustainable links between schools & clubs to ensure that young people have easy access to football & sport. The outcomes of the programme are to:-
- Increase the number of young people aged 5-16 playing on a regular basis in a Charter Standard / Community Club or Ability Counts programme
- Increase the number of accredited Charter Standard / Community Clubs & Charter Standard Schools
- Create sustainable partnerships between schools and Charter Standard Clubs
