Responsibilities:
John’s role is to design, develop and implement College based Football enrichment programmes to help tackle the drop off in 16 – 19 year old male and female players, while forging strong College to Club links in Surrey to support the development of players into community clubs. John will also train and develop football leaders as volunteers, coaches and officials through The FA’s ‘Football Futures’ programme to support the enrichment projects, club links and community programmes.
Prior to joining the Surrey County FA, John worked as and Football Development Officer for both Brighton and Hove Albion FC and Fulham FC.
