Skills Coaches work with any age group from from 5 through to 11 for a 6-8 week period. The Skills Coaches plan and deliver sessions alongside the team managers giving them a better knowledge and understanding of coaching children.
After the Skills Coaches have worked with a club they continually support managers with session plans throughout the season and return visits.
Current Charter Standard Clubs they have worked with are Ewhurst Juniors FC, Molesey Juniors, Carshalton Athletic, Mayford Athletic and Sutton United.
