SURREY FOOTBALL FOR ALL PAN DISABILITY LEAGUE

THE SPL FOOTBALL FOR ALL PAN DISABILITY LEAGUE DETAILS

Surrey County Football Association in partnership with the Surrey Primary League operate a Football for all Pan Disability league for players aged 8-adult.

The league is the first of its kind in Surrey and consists of monthly tournaments at the fantastic new Excel Leisure Centre in Walton on Thames, Surrey.

The league provides professionally organised fun football for U13s, U16s and Adults. Please note there is a 4 year age banding with disability football.

The dates of the tournaments for season 2011-2012 are listed below:

25th September
30th October
27th November
29th January
26th February
25th March
29th April
27th May

U13s and U16s age groups commence at 10am (no later than 9.30 meet) and finish at 1pm.

Adults start at 1pm and finish at 3pm.

The cost per team to enter for the season is £120.00.

The league is open to any team that can fulfil the eligibility criteria listed within the league rules that are attached.

Each team will be guaranteed 40 minutes football and will play a minimum of 3 games.

All games are officiated by fully qualified FA Referees.

Squads consist of a maximum of 10 players. Teams are encouraged to enter additional teams if squads exceed 10 players.

Teams are grading using the following ability bandings:

Premiership Level - players able to cope physically, good levels of spatial awareness, excellent ability to understand tactics and good level of physical strength and fitness.

Championship Level - players would be mobile, have spatial and tactical awareness, knowledge of the laws of the game and have a good level of fitness.

League Level - Players would have limited mobility, spatial awareness and fitness.
