The post-holder will be responsible for coaching a new disability football team as part of the FA School – Club link programme. The new team will be formed on the back of a number of coaching sessions delivered within local schools and is linked with Croydon Borough F.C who are an FA Charter Standard Development Club.
The successful applicant will be given relevant training with the Surrey County FA and a full coach education programme will be offered to support the new coach. This will include places on FA courses including First Aid, Child Welfare, Equality and Coaching Disabled Footballers.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the team for matches, organising weekly coaching sessions and attending Croydon Borough F.C meetings.
Previous coaching experience and an FA recognised coaching qualification is preferred however not essential as training will be provided.
