Surrey County FA requires committed, enthusiastic and flexible individuals to work within the Football Development Team.

County Welfare Officer
Salary Scale: £24,000 - £26,000

To apply you must be passionate about and committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults at a local level. You must be able to work under pressure, sometimes dealing with conflict and possible animosity whilst maintaining confidentiality.

In addition you must manage multiple priorities, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively influence at all levels.

Football Development Officer
Salary Scale: £22,000 - £24,000

The post-holder will be responsible for developing football in accordance with the Surrey County FA’s 2008-12 Strategy and FA National Game Strategy in the Local Authorities of Epsom & Ewell, Reigate & Banstead, Tandridge.

The successful applicant is likely to have experience of Sports/ Football Development and of working strategically with partner organisations. They will need to be able to work as part of a team with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Please note this is not a coaching role.

Both posts are full-time until June 30th 2012 (continuation subject to funding) and are based at Surrey County FA’s Headquarters in Leatherhead.
