I joined the Surrey County FA in August 2011. Prior to that I spent 9 years with the Home Office, mostly in a managerial capacity and before that, 23 years with BT, the latter half of that period being in customer services.
My favourite team is Sutton United and I am a massive fan, following them home and away, rarely missing a game. As well as that I am the club’s unofficial historian. My favourite Premier League club is Fulham. I have been lucky to witness both my clubs contest European Finals on foreign soil over the years. I am also a qualified football referee, although have missed all this season through injury.
My main aim in this role is to provide a consistent and fair approach to all clubs when trying to help them with their enquiries and to provide the best customer service experience that I can.
