Anna processes the discipline cautions and misconduct/sending off forms, while also putting through all County Cup fines from Challenge Trophies.
She processes the payments of fines which are then sent out on a Thursday which we call the 'Print Run' and also deals with debt recovery.
Anna's previous job was working at Chessington World of Adventures as Team Leader, looking after the staff behind the scenes to make sure they were well turned out in their uniform and that they had everything they needed to provide the customers with their 'Magic Moments.'
